Event DetailsThis is the registration page for the Teacher Induction Program Professional Learning Session: Engaging Lessons. Engagement is the key to unlocking amazing responses from your students. How do we accomplish this? Join Induction staff as we apply the Universal Design for Learning guidelines with Zaretta Hamond’s Culturally Responsive Teaching. Participants will collaborate to develop inclusive lesson plans that are engaging research based. Strength your current practice and learning strategies by attending this session. Student collaboration, flexible grouping, and student choice will be discussed during this session. This session is for general education and education specialist teachers. This session will count for the 2 required SMCOE sessions. This training will be conducted in person at the SMCOE office located at 101 Twin Dolphin Drive, Redwood City, CA 94065.
