Join us for another amazing Wombmen's Wellness event where we connect in sisterhood, learn, and have a "girl's night out." We'll enjoy dinner potluck style (bring your own meal or bring a dish to share). This is part of the Womb Wednesday in Savannah Series. A monthly women’s circle where we celebrate the powerful and magical feminine form without shame. It’s a safe space to come share your story, witness other’s stories, and develop deep connections and sisterhood. An interactive workshop with This Wombman and Emily Ruth Health. ****These events are designed to celebrate the female body. We are working to eliminate the shame and stigma surrounding that. We want to live in a world where the importance of female power & intuition are celebrated. In promoting these values and to protect the intimacy and vulnerability of this group, attendees must be humans born into female bodies. If you reside in a female body and are struggling with that fact in any way, we welcome you into a loving circle where it is safe to share your feelings, learn about the body you are in, and hopefully learn to love it.**** Meet your Hosts: Emily Ruth (Emy) Crinklaw-Bunch is a Holistic Health Coach and the Founder of Emily Ruth Health. Determined to help others create health, stay out of the hospital, and minimize their doctor’s visits, Emy left her 15 year career in medical imaging in August of 2020. She graduated from Maryland University of Integrative Health with an MA in Health & Wellness Coaching in 2019. Today, she combines her clinical experience with life coaching to teach physiology for real living so her clients can wake up feeling energized, healthy, and happy! Emy lives in Savannah, GA with her husband of 9 years. She is a Christian and is happiest when she is moving in nature and having meaningful conversations with other humans. A company that focuses on connecting feminine health education and organic, herbal products for women’s biochemistry. She develops these herbal infusions for women throughout their life cycles. In 2019, Rosalinda’s knowledge and experience with medicinal plants led her to Greece to begin a medicinal garden in a refugee camp while also completing medicinal plant research at the University of Connecticut. In 2020, she graduated with her B.S in Physiology & Neurobiology and moved to Savannah, GA. She began training as a Doula and thus, she bridged her studies of herbalism, human physiology and feminine health to create This Wombman.
