R.E.D. (Recognize & Escape Danger) is a unique, efficient and non-stressful personal safety program.
R.E.D. (among others things) will teach you how to manage the BEFORE (recognition), the DURING (self-defense) and the AFTER (Get to safety) any potentially situation dangerous.
Situational Awareness: Establishing a baseline to recognize or anticipate threats and staying out of danger when possible.
Reality-Based Self Defense: Training based on real life situations such as walking in the street, jogging at night, situations while travelling, at home, at the office or in a car. Dealing with single or multiple opponents.
Emotional & Mental Resilience: Key to being able to respond in an extremely stressful situation, learn about Adrenaline Stress Response and Quick Decisive Action.
Escape & Hide: Based on simplified Parkour skills, you will learn to rapidly and efficiently get to safety, alone or in a group.
