DATE: Wednesday, November 16, 2022 TIME: 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. LOCATION: Library Community Room, 1115 El Centro Street, South Pasadena, CA 91030 REGISTRATION: Registration is required. DESCRIPTION: To foster a culture of recycling, re-purposing, and re-use, the South Pasadena Public Library's Teen Advisory Board (TAB) invites middle and high school students to this free hands-on workshop to learn to mend clothes and repurpose fabric scraps into patches that could be sewn over clothing holes. Participants may bring their own jeans to mend or create a patch from fabric scraps provided by presenters Karen Veitch and Lorrie Dieckmann. Upon request made no later than four (4) business days before the event, the City will provide a reasonable accommodation for a qualified person with a disability to have equal access to the event.
