We are a 17-year old professional, high quality, mobile, boat detailing (inc. wash downs, buff/wax/ceramic coating) company with immediate openings in Ft. Lauderdale. Offering industry-leading wages, paid training, plus healthcare and holiday pay. Bonus paid after 3-months probation. Please send an outline of your previous employment history to: [email protected] Please provide a telephone number and email address to receive a full job outline. 1) POSITIONS OPEN TO BOTH NEW & EXPERIENCED CAR OR BOAT DETAILERS - Permanent, all year-round employment. - Full time hours (Monday to Friday). Must complete a minimum of 37.5 hours per week, subject to the demands of the business, but can complete additional hours. - Paid during training program. - Working in pairs or part of a team, depending on the size of the job. 2) COMPETITIVE PAY WITH BENEFITS - Experienced - pay rate discussed at the interview. - Entry level detailer's start at $16.00 per hour or $600.00 per week. - Weekly paycheck. Paid as a 1099 contractor. - Health Care plan & holiday pay available after 3 months' probation. 3) MONDAY TO FRIDAY SCHEDULE - Monday to Friday (Generally between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.). - Weekends off, other than during boat show season. - Additional hours available during extended weekdays and weekends. 4) FANTASTIC WORK ENVIRONMENT - Working with other professional detailer's in beautiful outside surroundings & on the water! - Positive and energetic company culture. 5) BASIC REQUIREMENT'S - U.S. Citizenship, Green Card or E.A.D./work permit. - Preferably speak at least basic English. - Have your own reliable car or truck. - Must be reliable, dependable and on-time. - Able to follow directions & work well in a team. - Able to produce consistently high, quality work.
