With Santa's arrival right around the corner find a flow that will aid in sore hands from wrapping gifts, low back pain from lifting packages, and a bit of digestion aid from all that hot coco. Whether you're a Yogi for life or you are new to Asanas - you will LOVE this class. We offer adaptable variations for poses and allow each student to flow at their pace so you can truly find your own practice, WITH YOUR BEER. Your class will include a beer of choice from SOB. Come and enjoy your Saturday morning on the rooftop, and then meet your fellow SOB'ers for brunch afterwards. What's better than that? Please bring your mat, and a water bottle. Tis the season!
