Learn to make dough, roll, and fry lefse in this hands-on 2-hour class. Popular teacher Heidi Eger shares her grandmother's recipe and her tips for consistently making light and flavorful lefse. You may want to bring an apron. All other equipment and ingredients are provided. Registration in the class entitles you to a 10% discount on all lefse-related items at Also Ingebretsen's at Norway House. The class is held in the Hanson Room, in the lower level.
