Experienced drummer looking to form or join a melodic punk or midwestern emo band. I love 90s-era Fat Wreck/Epitaph/Vagrant bands and would like to capture that sound in a band. Some of my favorites include Alkaline Trio, Face to Face, Strungout, Lagwagon, No Use for a Name, Rancid, NoFX, Millencolin, and so many others. As for emo bands, I’m a fan of Sunny Day Real Estate, Appleseed Cast, Get Up Kids, and Saves the Day. Ultimately, I'd like to write and record, play local and regional shows, and some short tours if possible. I’m willing to travel for the right project. I have transportation and pro-level gear. I like being an active partner in the biz side of bands and appreciate others who are the same, but I’m also cool with taking a backseat position.
