Olympic weightlifters utilize the jerk everyday for their training so who better to develop yours with and apply it to your training than them! Coach Matt and Coach Tracy will break down the jerk from its basic elements all the way to the power and split (depending). Join to get tons of feedback, hands on coaching, and plenty of drill work to develop yourself!
Training in the techniques showcased during this clinic are sure to make you more efficient at your sport. Ground force production using full body multi jointed movements are WHAT athletes train for their sports, being able to move ones body together in a unified motion while exerting times forces into the ground will build healthy and strong athletes for any sport!
