MUSIC: The Jersey Swamp Cats play fun, infectious, guitar and piano driven jump blues and vintage rock'n roll, with an authentic New Orleans flair. Regina Bonelli grew up in a musical family in Brooklyn, New York. She began playing piano at five years old. Regina then learned to play guitar on the Martin guitar given to her by her father for her sixteenth birthday, shortly before he passed away. Regina began writing songs when she hit the teenage years, inspired by blues and soul singers of the 60's and 70's. Regina has two children, which she raised as a single mother. Life and love gave her good reason to sing the blues. Regina has shared the stage with the Temptations, Blues Traveler and Bobby Rush, to name but a few.
