After a devesating flood in 2021 along with COVID-19 protocols, the Children’s Center is excited to share its journey of restoration, repair and return of in-person programming for the Family Success Center. Once a program space and gathering spot for TCC children and their families to learn, create and play, the Family Success Center has a renewed approach for the whole community addressing the Social determinants of Health and the Five Protective Factors for children. This new look provides a community center setting that is far from a kid drop-off spot. It is an enrichment center, offering age-specific activites and programs in a safe space where resources and services are readily available for the whole family and the child is the center of it all.
