Qualifications Willingness to work Morning or Night shifts • Ability to work well under minimal supervision • Ability to take direction and attention to details • Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary • Physically capable of walking around location • Physically capable of bending, stooping and reaching up Responsibilities Perform general clean up of all areas of the building as directed • Including areas such as bathrooms, break rooms, offices, conference rooms, and common areas • Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space and/or parking lots Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders • Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up • Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests Payments : We will pay you a percentage of every booking and over a bonus every 6 months, pending company profits.
