I own/manage several 80's built apartment rentals in the Cape. If you are an experienced handyman who is looking for side work ---- then we should talk! This is how it works: When I need repairs done, I will contact you. If you are available within the timeframe that I need the repair done, then you get the job. If you are too busy, then i offer the job to someone else. I will pay you $25 to $40 per hour, depending on your experience. On average, I'll probably have about 10 hours work of work available on any given month. Sometimes more. It's a great way to earn additional money each month. Occasionally, I need updating or remodeling on vacant units. Ideally you will live in Cape Coral. Most of the time, the repair takes no more than an hour (although I will always pay you for at least 1 hour - even if it's less).
