Resources info for someone in need

Does anyone have a list of churches that help with hotel rooms in downtown Dallas area. I have a friend who's homeless and on a train to Dallas because he has to get medical care for a blood clot on his brain, the hospital in Decatur kicked him out when they found out he wasn't insured, and he needs to be near parkland hospital. Anyone have any info or numbers list for me to help this person? Prayers please as well. My number is text only my phone blocks calls from unknown numbers and I don't know how to fix it to where it doesn't do that thank you! Side note he is an excellent brick mason of 25years and can build anything. He got robbed two weeks ago of all his tools, but he's an able body willing to work and he has talent beyond belief he's just in a bad spot especially after being robbed while being homeless and if anyone knows of any work construction or masonry he can do it he needs work. And will actually work.
