The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest or charge is not an indication of guilt. Dec. 26 Cain Woodrum, 25, of Homer Glen, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and illegal stopping/standing/parking at 12:19 a.m. following a traffic stop at Freehauf and State streets. Woodrum was issued a Jan. 12 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.Jolanta Zakauskas, 50, of Lemont, was charged with battery at 3:35 a.m. following an incident in the 1000 block of Warner Ave. Zakauskas was issued a Feb. 22 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.Manny Rico, 19, of Oak Lawn, was charged with speeding 26-34 mph over the limit at 7:28 p.m. following a traffic stop at Main and Julia streets. Rico was issued a Jan. 12 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.Dec. 27 Jolanta Zakauskas, 50, of Lemont, was charged with battery at 7:51 a.m. following an incident in the 1000 block of Warnever Ave. Zakauskas was taken to the Bridgeview Courthouse for a bond hearing.Dec. 28 Kolin Smith, 25, of Park Forest, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked following a traffic stop at McCarthy Road and Archer Avenue. Smith was issued a Jan. 12 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse. Eddie Nesby, 20, of Chicago, was charged with driving without a valid license, speeding 21-25 mph over the limit, and violation of the cannabis regulation and tax act at 9:07 p.m. following a traffic stop in the 11200 block of Archer Avenue. Nesby was issued a Jan. 12 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.Dec. 29 Jolanta Zakauskas, 50, of Lemont, was charged with criminal trespass to residence at 7:19 a.m. in the 1000 block of Warner Avenue. Zakauskas was taken to the Bridgeview Courthouse for a bond hearing.Rolandas Delekas, 54, of Lemont, was charged with assault, criminal trespass to residence and resisting/obstructing a peace officer at 7:19 a.m. following an incident in the 1000 block of Warner Ave. Delekas was taken to the Bridgeview Courthouse for a bond hearing.
