Drummer needed for groovy original stoner rock oriented band

To make this somewhat short I'm currently looking for a drummer to start a heavy, groovy, original stoner rock oriented band. I have a bassist that wants to jam as well. No covers. I play guitar and I have a ton of material ready to go and some of my main influences include Kyuss, Clutch, Black Sabbath, Greenleaf, Alice In Chains, Soundgarden, and Dozer. I'm looking for someone that is willing and able to tour within the next year or 2. I have good connections that can help us get there but I need someone who is dedicated, meaning consistent weekly practices, and someone who knows how to network and promote (going out to shows regularly, social media presence, etc).
