We Build new construction homes, additions, and new garage’s. We remodels homes and basements. We do roofing, siding, windows, carpentry and more. Starting pay is based on experience. Please send a resume. We are a residential construction company located in auburn, maine. Over 3 decades of experience building. We have Great marketing, referrals and repeat customers. We have 4 positions available. 1. 1 opening for office manager-Part time office located in auburn.($20-25) office manager. Must have 2-4 experience. Must be able to use Quickbooks, Excel, word, pull permits, and read plans. Depends on experience please email resumes. 2. 1 opening for construction Labor ($18-19) Entry level full time. Must have 1 year experience in construction. General clean up and helping other skilled workers. Must be willing to learn new skills and communicate. 3. 2 opening for Skilled workers in one of the following trades full time 1. Foundation panels installation 3 -5 years experience ($21-23 per hour), 2. concrete pouring experience 4+ years minimum ($21-24) 3. minimum 2 years experience in finish carpentry ($20-22) 4.3- 5 years framing experience($23) 5. Drywall 4 years experience ($22) 6. Interior remodeling (painting,flooring, carpentry, doors, windows, cabinets, handyman etc) experience ($23) We provide company trucks, trailers, equipment and tools. Come learn new skills and how to build fine homes in Auburn, maine and surrounding community’s. 1 hour drive tops. We don drive to portland. Must have a valid driver license, drug free, able and To lift 60 pounds. Weekly pay, Raises after 90 days $.50- $2.00 dollars. 2 weeks paid Vacation, paid holidays, yearly raises available, 401k, medical and dental insurance offered after 90 days.
