We have a 1600 sq ft main space where we do commercial woodworking and also hold private woodworking classes In addition to our main shop shop space we have several small separate studio spots that we rent out... About the available space: The space separate and is more than large enough that you can have a couple of workbenches and project storage, small set ups, area, etc. Includes the small office space shown (we can discuss removal, if preferred) You really should see the place to fully appreciate the environment and the overall situation. The shop is highly efficient and well-equipped. It will be a fantastic creative & constructive environment for the right person! Other Amenities: 24/7 access, freight elevator Slop sink Utilities included High-Speed internet wifi Bathroom Clothes locker Use of Machines and Workshop: depending on availability, those with previous power tool experience will be able to use the larger machines; tablesaw, chopsaw, drill press and air compressor, etc (Availability based on our schedule, we usually finish by 2:30pm seven days a week.) Expansion: When the shop isn’t busy, there may be additional bench space for use during our off hours, based on availability.
