Renovation Project Needs Several General Contractors - See below A small businessman is looking for several individuals to support him with a key project in the Union City/Palmetto area. The project involves converting a 1& 1/2 story residential property into an a functional 2 story office building. The scope of work is as follows. If your construction team has experience in these areas send me an email with your contact information * Rehab the existing structure to contain an first floor office reception area, with 3 separate individual meeting rooms * Replace all exterior siding with new siding * Replace all appliances, furnace and ac units * Repair exterior entry way/ steps,landing, sun porch area. Install new awnings where needed * Build out the second story attic to a full floor containing a large office area, with a full bathroom, shower and tub. * Install skylights in the new second floor build out * Install separate AC/Heating unit for the second floor * Remove heating unit from the basement, prepare the area with sheet rock, and electricals for storage, paint this area * Grade and 1&1/2 Acre lot and prepare it for parking spaces * Remove trees from the same area before paving it * Remove/tear down a cinderblock storage building on the same site * Before hand, prepare a sketch of how the completed project will look upon completion If your construction team, can provide any of these services, please contact me via email as I am currently taking bids now
