Dub/electronic: starting a band?

A bass player looking to start a low-pressure but committed collaboration in dub: creating originals and dub covers of existing (non-dub) songs, experimental, etc. Drums, bass, keys, electronics... Possibly wind. Inspirations: Spinner by Jah Wobble and Brian Eno, Nordub by Sly And Robbie's with Nils Peter Molvaer and Vladislav Delay, Zentone [live version] by High Tone, Boniche Dub by Bill Laswell and Lili Boniche. I am in my late 40s with a busy full time job. Available at evenings and weekends.
