I need a lawyer I had a car accidnet on April 3, 1982, my car and NY Transit bus crashed on Steinway Street Astoria NY. I was very seriously injured. the ambulance took me to Elmhurst Hospital in Queens NY; I had six broken bones in my back; two broken bones in my right ankle; cuts on my chin and nose; left eye injury; two right ankle operations; fourt big screws were placed in my right ankle; while I was in the hospital my Allstate Agent Michael Kalkin and NY Transit lawyers stole my car accident claim identity and forged my signature and pretended to be me and stole my broken bones settlements. Until now; they do not give me the imposter made claim and I sued them ten years as Pro Se Plaintiff in Queens NY and NJ; when I sued them in Queens Supreme court I won 3 million dollars default judgment for my broken bones; Allstat insurance stole it. index no. 2621/2018.
