31 year old young man with cerebral palsy needs part time support staff to help him live independently at home and in community and make good decisions. 2 days/week, somewhat flexible. You will need to: 1) be able to pass background check and have clean driving record 2) be physically fit, a non smoker, a good conversationalist and a good listener 3) like to tinker and fix small things, with competency with hand tools…mechanical skills a plus! 4) be a problem solver with good judgment and enjoy challenges 5) be able to drive a small pick up truck with a small trailer, or learn how 6) be a leader, not a boss Above all, this position is about developing a relationship of trust.
