My females only ever have one litter at most, all hamsters are fed a great mix of food and most live past their life expectancy, which is why they're a little more than the pet stores. PIC #1 Adalind is super friendly and turned exactly a year and a half on Veterans day. She would make a great pet for a young child and is only $20. PIC #2 Emo (named by my niece for her color) is also a good girl, just a little nervous initially, so I'd recommend her for an older kid. She is about 5 months old and I'm asking $30 for her. *My cages start at $40 and come with appropriately sized wheels/saucers, water bottles, food dishes, bedding and a week's worth of food to start you out, if you need a cage.
