Painting doors, breezeway floors

Located in Apex off highway 64, commercial doors need painting. Both sides of 2 sets of double doors (shown), both sides of 8 single doors (some with metal signs or kickplates so you need to be detailed orientated (photo shown), and two walkways painted with cement paint. One needs sanding first, the other just touch ups. Photo of one requiring sanding shown. Have to work around office hours, so all painting has to be after 2 during the week, floors could only be done Friday so they can dry without being walked on. We pay $20 per hour, provide paint and sander rental for no license, no insurance. If you have those, we will consider higher rate. Must have brushes, tape, though we have rollers and extension pole.
