Mix breed Dog

I am very sad to be posting this but I don't know what else to do. I need to rehome my 3 year old mixed breed dog. I'm unsure what she is, maybe beagle mixed with something else. Her name is Maddeline, or Maddie for short. I've had her since a baby. We both haven't had the best years but always had each other. She was abused by my ex which has now affected her behavior. Although we have been out of that situation for 2 years, she is still male aggressive. I've tried introducing her to many people, we've tried different approaches, and I haven't had any luck. She has now bit my current boyfriend 3 times over the past couple months. Nothing serious, but enough that I don't feel she is right for a family dog any longer. I am looking for someone who will give her time and attention and allow her to live life. She would definitely do best with females. She has been around kids, but does get snippy with them sometimes. She has lived with cats and other dogs and has done fine once warmed up to them. To me, she is the most loving and loyal dog but unfortunately I cannot be the only one living with her. But I know she could be that to someone else. Any help is appreciated. I have reached out to several rescues, but had not had any luck due to her aggression and most are overwhelmed with dogs right now. Please help! She is free to a fit loving home. Located in Brentwood.
