D1 Properties LLC is hiring a 1099 general laborer for a renovation project in the Fitzgerald neighborhood of Detroit. No experience required to apply. Pay scale is based on experience and willingness to learn and manage skills. This position is part time with up to 30 available hours weekly. Small team environment. Paid weekly. Base pay is 20$ an hour which can go to 35$ as skill and understanding grows. All education for required tasks will be taught and are not required to apply.
