Rehoming elderly dog to live out his golden years

My family has had to make the incredibly difficult decision to rehome our 10-year-old dog. We are looking for the very best home for him and have had no luck with rescues as they are all at capacity. The ideal home would be no kids (he is anxious around small children) and with space to run, though he is older and enjoys relaxing these days. He is fully crate-trained and sleeps in his crate at night. He is potty trained as well and has been since he was a puppy. He is 40 pounds and is a border collie mix with a jack Russell. He knows commands and is a smart dog. NOTE: REHOMING FEE TO ENSURE HE GOES TO A GOOD HOME.
