Positions Available: Janitorial Specialist Porter Make Ready Tech Maintenance Tech Position Details: Janitorial Specialist Maintain cleanliness of offices and hallways Maintain cleanliness of common areas to include reception, employee kitchens, fitness center, club house, restrooms, etc. Trash removal Porter Grounds maintenance and upkeep (with vendor assistance) Swimming pool maintenance and upkeep Apartment maintenance Apartment turns and upkeep Additional maintenance tasks Make Ready Tech Make-ready apartments for new move-ins Maintain the grounds and apartment community as needed Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge Maintenance Techs Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills HVAC experience and EPA certification required All facets of apartment make ready Flexible schedule to include rotation of emergency call We believe that our people are one of our most important assets and we invest in them accordingly!
