Dumb ex husband never fixed anything with my home. Need help

My ex husband lived in my home for 21 years and instead of fixing things he broke them. I just need an honest person who can help me get my home back together. I just need minor things done. Gutters fixed and cleaned, basement needs painted windows cleaned, a few odds and ends fixed. I left an abusive marriage and I don't have alot of money. I just really need someone to say hey I'm here to help.
