She was in musicals at Flagler Playhouse, an instructor at Flagler Technical College, the Commencement speaker for graduation in 2016 and 2021,social media, a popular podcaster (Great to Greater with Tiffany Rufino), a leader of business in the community or maybe just the woman with the cool hair! She is also an entrepreneur who loves people and business, with 25+ yrs experience in leadership, training and facilitation. Soon to finish her MS in Industrial Organizational Psychology, she also has her B.A.S in Business & Organizational Leadership. Tiffany is a member of APA, SIOP, a Presidential Member of The NSLS (National Society of Leadership and Success), Psi Chi, Phi Theta Kappa and more! Tiffany understands that business is changing and so is the relationship between employers/employees and customers. She also knows what it is like to be a leader in a "management" environment.
