Working collaboratively with our partners through the Vibrant Valley Health Equity Initiative, Mahoning County Public Health and Youngstown City Health District are working to finalize the 2022 Community Health Improvement Plans. We need your input! We're working to develop community health strategies that are specific, actionable, data-driven and community-oriented. At the following workshops, we'll lay out goals and strategies for the community-identified priorities below: Priority: Mental Health and Substance Use: November 16, 12pm - 2pmCommunity Conditions and Safety: November 17, 11am - 1pmAccess to Care: November 18, 12pm - 2pmYour expertise is needed and valued!
