URGENT: Virginia Beach Animal Care and Adoption Center is over capacity there are no more open kennels. As an open intake facility, VBACAC cannot turn away surrenders or strays. This is critical and the animals lives are in danger. Adoption fees for dogs are waived! Most of these dogs ONLY HAVE UNTIL TUESDAY (euthanasia). These animals rely on the community’s help. If you are in a position to adopt or foster now if the perfect time and opportunity.
