This two class series wants you to bring a shirt or pant or skirt or idea and some beloved (washed) fabric to create something fabulous and new. We often find gems that are in slight disrepair, don't fit quite right, or are falling apart and I am here to share my knowledge as best I can to help make it WORK! Things to note: - This will include a fast intro to the sewing machine, so a little knowledge is helpful but not necessary. Hand sewing might be in order and we got the rulers, chalk, pins, scissors and seam rippers just for fun too. - You must bring items that are laundered in some way, even a delicate hand wash will do. Dry cleaning is overrated so please email if you have further Qs , email down below. - Due to the great sizing difference, only so much fabric in a seam allowance, not being able to conjure more material if items are damaged, please come with an open mind and maybe some back up fabric for patching, reworking, frankensteining and playing with for a potential new lewk - Your magical instructor KFLY is one amazing creative engineer, especially after 25yrs of sewing, and is also still learning. She will do her best, is happy to research and answer random Qs withing class time, so let's get creative and stay flexible together.
