Join us for a 60 minute Sound Bath and enjoy the healing, relaxing sounds of singing bowls, drums, chimes and other instruments. Proceeds from this event will go to sponsor local children in need this holiday season. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything that you will need to be comfortable laying on the floor in a relaxed meditative state for 60 minutes. A chair can be provided by request prior to the event.
