Mantra meditation is a fusion of breath, sound, and wisdom that calms the mind and increases awareness of the self that brings peace, ease, and love into your heart.
This class will invite you to chant mantra/japa but you are welcome to only listen. The practice may include breath control practices (pranayama), teaching mantra pronunciation and meaning, mindfulness storytelling, silent meditation, and/or singing bowls depending on the energy of the group and evening.
Mantra meditation class is 45 minutes long, accessible to all levels of meditators, and a perfect way to end your day.
Cushions, blankets, and chairs are available for comfort. Please bring any props you need to be comfortable sitting or laying down for 45 minutes.
This class is donation based. Your presences is the greatest donation. Suggested monetary donation is $5-10 for those that wish to offer more.
Tea is served up to 15 minutes before class. Please feel welcome to arrive early.
