Welcome to our Chakra 101 Workshop Series !!!7 workshops monthly on the 3rd Tuesday 6-8pm focusing on each chakra at a time!Dates and chakra focus of each workshop: 11/22- Root 12/20- Sacral1/17- Solar Plexus2/21- Heart3/21- Throat4/18- Third Eye5/16- CrownWhen you sign up below you are planning on attending all 7 workshops ($25 each). If you want to just attend certain workshop(s) instead of all 7 please directly email us and let us know which dates you plan on attending. This workshop is valuable for anyone who wants to heal blockages of each chakra so relieve any dis-stress, dis-ease, and stagnancy to then create more healing and harmony in their lives.This educational, empowering & interactive workshop explores the 7 chakra energy energies of our body & how to align them for overall wellness. During the workshop we will focus on : -Learning about each chakra energy center of our body -How to balance and heal each chakra -Learning about the signs & symptoms of having a blocked or imbalanced each chakra -What foods, exercise, crystals & etc. that can help balance and unblock each chakra -Techniques to embrace each of our 7 chakras -Increase awareness of how each of the 7 major energy centers interact & effect our health & organs throughout the body -Developing our sensitivity (aka awareness) to ourselves and what we are experiencing & more!
