Professor Pamela Wood, our highest level wine educator here at Fox School of Wine, will offer samples of her favorite red blends from around the world. Executive Sommelier and Fox School of Wine Headmistress, Kirsten Fox, and her Wine Professors will present a well-paced tasting of five, approachable, under-$40 hidden gem wines that you may have overlooked in the aisles at your local liquor store. You'll receive a tasting pour of each wine, stories and history about the winery, grapes, and region, food pairing ideas... plus our signature Blind Tasting Challenge, when we pour you a taste of a wine you've already explored in class to see if you can guess which one it is. Don't we all deserve a little recess these days? Reserve your table for this Friday! Doors open at 6:15 p.m., and Recess on Main begins promptly at 6:30 p.m.
