Please join us for a day of fun and education. As the market has shifted we thought what a great time to dive deeper into the mortgage industry as well as fimilarizing ourselves with top builder communities and learn more about what incentives they are offering. We will start the day off with a 1 hour CE class on "What every agent should know about the Mortgage Industry"(Core Credit). Then we will take a bus tour and visit 3 of Utah's tops builders. We will stop by Ivory Homes, David Weekly and Edge homes. Knowledge is key in any Real Estate market. Agenda: 10am: 1 Hour CE (What every agent should know about the Mortgage Industry - Core) at Momentum Home Loans in Sandy 9490 S 300 W. 11:15a - 2pm: Get on bus to start the builder bus tour. First Stop Ivory Model Homes in Herriman then we ill head over to Daybreak and check out David Weekly Homes. Finishing the day off with Edge homes. Lunch will be provided.
