We will be guided by Michelle Webb with Webb Physical Therapy through a series of informative tools that can help us as women examine ourselves. She will cover finding/correcting pelvic alignment and connecting with breath, followed by organ/fascial mobilizations for different issues- GI, prolapse, etc. By the end of our time with Michelle we will have valuable information and tools for our feminine tool-box to further and deepen our own understanding of our bodies and the messages in which they are trying to communicate to us.
Following the pelvic floor workshop, Whitney Schneider, owner of Kondition Haus and owner/personal trainer of Schneider Fit will lead us through a bodyweight workout. Through a series of movements and stretches, we will dive deeper into being able to soothe ourselves whenever needed. There is nothing more valuable than being connected to your body and your own rythym.
