He loves how coaching can be a partnership with the Holy Spirit to draw out what God has birthed in the heart of individuals. Ken believes coaching skills are essential for every leader today and is committed to equipping leaders with those vital skills. Further, he believes in the importance of developing a coaching culture in the Central Region and throughout the Missionary Church (MC), in partnership with the denomination’s national coaching team on which he serves.
