Hidden in bush

Walking my dog this afternoon he started going into some shrubs sniffing food in a plastic grocery bag next to which it seems someone had hidden two boxes one containing a type of tool and the other a device that plugs into a car cigarette port. If anyone hid that there for some strange reason or more importantly if someone is missing two things that fit this rough description let me know and if you can tell me what they are I would love to get them back to their owner.
