This semester, we decided to pose the question: “What does Spectacle mean to you?" We want to invite a conversation about exploring the dichotomous sides of ‘being on display’ — from recognition, admiration, and representation to objectification, consumption, and exhibition. Our designers have taken this idea and decided to express through their collections what Spectacle means to them, and what repercussions Spectacle may or may not bring.
