House cleaning person needed once every week. Once a week- every week-PERMANENT Part-time JOB! 4 weeks each month. Please READ entire posting before contacting me. Looking for an experienced house cleaner who knows how to clean. $60 CASH paid after work is completed. The first few times may take 90 minutes until familiar with cleaning routine. Once familiar, work can be done in an hour. If hired- choose ANY Week day and START TIME between 10am and 3pm for scheduled weekly work. I have EVERYTHING required to maintain a clean house. No need in bringing anything but your energy! Double pay for Birthday and Christmas week once you have been working with me for 6 months. I am looking for a long-term working relationship. Someone who is reliable and has a nice personality. I reward long- time helpers with annual raises and bonus pay.
