Join Adam Hodges for the Strength and Movement Training Clinic! Adam is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, Level 2 CrossFit Coach and Kids CrossFit Coach.
Cost: $50 (to be paid at the Anderson Health & Fitness Center Front Desk after registering via Eventbrite)
Open to Lamar School Students in grades 7-8.
Classes limited to 7 participants
Goals:
Teach sound mechanics on deadlift, squat, clean and presses.
Teach proper form and/or movement on plank, sit-up, push-up, pull-up, air squat, and box jump.
Introduce participant to rower, ski erg and assault bike.

This clinic will focus on strength and endurance gains and on developing good movement mechanics. Weights lifted will be appropriate for age and will be done using safe and effective mechanics.
