Join us on Friday, November 18th from 6:30-8pm for an intimate evening of Yoga, Cacao, + Connection. In this 90 minute PLAYshop, we’ll begin with Breathwork + a Gentle Yoga Sequence led by Harley Muscarella. We will flow into a juicy Guided Relaxation + Meditation led by Olivia Roberson.
