The T.I.LE.S. Party is a great opportunity to socialize in a recovery-friendly space, meet like-minded people, and do something to make a difference. T.I.LE.S. stands for Taking Interest and Listening to Everyone's Story. With acrylic makers, paint YOUR recovery story on a 4" by 4" tile. Tiles are then affixed to a flower box or other public art piece to celebrate those in recovery, make a difference in the community, and to stop the stigma. Refreshments provided! This activity is brought to you by Impacting Together, a Butler-based opportunity for people in recovery to advocate, empower, and serve to create a community culture that promotes and supports recovery. We hope you will comm2IT. IT meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at Butler SUCCEED. Anyone in recovery is welcome to join us. Through the Institute for Nonprofit Leadership at SRU, the heART for Sobriety series offers opportunities for the recovery community to rediscover and uncover things that make life meaningful -- like the arts.
