This exclusive chef’s table will feature 8 courses and a tasting event featuring Japanese whiskies and our best craft cocktails. Omakase is a Japanese term that means, “I’ll leave it up to you.” When used in a restaurant setting, omakase puts the choice of dish in the chef’s hands. At YUMM’s anniversary dinner, Chef Paul V. Visuthikosol and his culinary team will serve his signature fusion cuisine, blending traditional Thai, Japanese, and Asian dishes that are sure to delight.
