Job Description This role will support the property manager and be involved in all leasing, marketing, customer service, resident retention, accounting, some maintenance team oversight, and administrative responsibilities. This is a challenging but highly rewarding position. This role reports directly to the Portfolio Manager.ResponsibilitiesAssists the Portfolio Manager with all day-to-day operationsMaintain positive resident relations through our CARE servicePreparing and scheduling property viewings, conducting property tours, and interviewing prospective residentsAddressing and resolving resident's questions, concerns, and complaints promptlyProcessing applications, conducting credit checks and negotiating contractsInspecting property conditions and coordinating maintenance activitiesManaging budgets, accounts, rent collections, and tenant noticesCreating and distributing marketing materials to attract new tenantsMaintaining organized and updated resident files and recordsReporting any problems or issues to the property managerRequirementsA high school diploma or equivalent requiredA minimum of 1-year apartment industry or hospitality experience requiredExperience with Property Management Software a plusGood organizational and people skillsMust have a basic understanding of computer/mobile devices to utilize our work systemsMust have a valid Driver's License and vehicle insurance, as driving between properties is required (gas allowance paid in addition to salary)Benefits Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceShort-Term DisabilityLong-Term DisabilityLife insurance401(k) + MatchingPaid Time Off Educational opportunities to help foster your career growth Please apply online with Elevation Real Estate and Management at:
