Main Types of Works to Be Done but Not Limited to: - Grass Cut & Lawn Care - Securing (Lock Change/Lock Set Change, Lock Box Change, Boarding) - Winterization - Snow Removal - Roofing & Repairs - Debris Removal (Trash Out) - Mold Work - Maid Service (Janitorial) - Bid Request The work orders will be in Tenant Occupied Properties, where you have to bid for specific maintenance jobs as per client's requirement. Payment: We pay our vendors on a weekly basis. We will pay you instantly within 48 hours of job completion if the payment due is more than $400 and you are interested to receive the instant payment.
