I imagine what it would be like to be embraced by these two people, sandwiched and watched over by their year’s of love and devotion. Though I feel consistently misunderstood, I know its under the best of intentions. People who are kind and work to preserve everything they have rarely trust another, and often rightfully. When you’re good in the strictest sense and often the most anecdotal, that means you mostly think of others first. That can be tricky and though not often the intent, entirely unfruitful. When you naturally offer kindness and understanding, being met with anything less can form calluses where those feelings once naturally grew.
